Bookings

A submitted booking request does not by itself guarantee availability. A booking becomes confirmed when Bro Travel confirms the reservation and the required payment conditions have been satisfied.

Prices

Prices may be displayed as “Start from” and are subject to availability, travel dates, room type, supplier rates and other trip-specific conditions. The final confirmed amount will be communicated before confirmation.

Traveler information

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate names, contact details and any other information required for the booking.

Passports, visas and travel requirements

Unless explicitly included as a service, travelers are responsible for checking and meeting passport, visa, entry, health and destination requirements applicable to them.

Suppliers

Travel services may be provided by third-party hotels, transport providers, airlines, guides, activity operators and other suppliers. Their operational rules may apply to the relevant service.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and change conditions are governed by the applicable trip details, Bro Travel cancellation policy and supplier conditions.

Website use

Website information is provided to help customers review trips and make inquiries. Bro Travel may update trip content, availability and prices when required.
